Delilah Venegas – Project Manager Assistant

Delilah Venegas joined the ORR Builders Team in January of 2007 as the Administrative Assistant to the Estimating Department. Although she had little knowledge of the construction industry, she brought with her a smile and positive Team Player attitude, always thriving to learn more. To do more. The estimators saw her willingness to learn and grow so they took her under their wings training her key skills that have made her a valuable asset to the company. Her role has developed into one of ORR’s Project Coordinators, assisting the project managers, superintendents, architects, subcontractors and clients with plans, submittals, change orders and meeting notes. In March 2025 Delilah was promoted to Project Manager Assistant, expanding her knowledge and responsibilities, she has proven to be a valuable member of the ORR Team.

Professional Experience

Delilah’s only career has been working with ORR Builders. In 2018 she was able to literally build her very first home, with the knowledge and training she learned while working with ORR. The construction industry is her true passion and an industry she wants to stay and grow in.

Delilah decided to expand her knowledge so she attended Collage of Desert taking courses in construction management, architectural design and California Building Codes and achieved a Certificate in Building Inspection Technology in 2019 and received her Associate’s degree in Construction Management in 2022.

Personal Life

God comes first in Delilah’s life now since 2019 when her faith took an amazing turn; ask and she would love to share. Her and her husband Lupe have been married since 1997 and have 3 remarkable children and blessed with their 4 beautiful grandchildren.
