Adriana Apodaca – Estimator

Ambitious, Logical, Productive

Adriana Apodaca joined the ORR Builders Team August of 2022 as Estimating Coordinator and in November of 2025 was promoted to Estimator. Because of her integrity and her eagerness for knowledge, she was encouraged to call ORR her home away-from-home from the start. Having previously worked in Property Valuation, Adriana quickly noticed her interest and understanding of numbers. At ORR Builders, Adriana is responsible for analyzing project plans and specs to prepare detailed cost estimates, keeping close communication with the subcontractors, tracking the bid estimates, RFIs, coordinating project job walks, and keeping team meeting notes.

Professional Experience

Since moving to the Coachella Valley in 2016, Adriana has held administrative jobs in different industries, from medical insurance to children’s non-profits. Previous to the Coachella Valley, she worked in residential Property Valuation and industrial Purchasing.

Adriana graduated with a B.A. in Architecture from UABC (Mexico) in 2014 and an A.A. in English from College of the Desert in 2021.

Personal Life

Adriana is an avid reader; you’ll always find at least one book in her purse. She also spends her time building models, knitting, or listening to and playing music with her spouse, David.
