KARL ALLGEIER

Karl Allgeier became Orr Builder’s Chief Estimator in 2004 with an impressive 40 years of experience. With his vast amount of knowledge and understanding in his field, Karl has proven to be a valuable asset to the Orr team.

Career History
Graduating from Washington State University with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering, Karl gained himself a position with various construction companies in California. During the beginning of his career, Karl was involved with the building and development of major port facilities including, the Port of Long Beach, Los Angeles, San Diego and port facilities in Saudi Arabia. In 1978, Karl progressed into the General Commercial Construction industry and estimated and helped develop various major commercial/industrial buildings, retail centers, hospitals, medical offices and education facilities/public works, and many more throughout Southern California.

In 2008, Karl joined the Orr Builder team as their Chief Estimator. Karl has extensive knowledge, focus, and determination to get the job done. He has worked on a variety of projects including: Rancho Mirage Health Science Center; Guy Evans Building; El Paseo Commercial Buildings; and West Dam of Diamond Valley Reservoir.

Personal Life
Karl stands strong in always striving to do the best he can in life. His belief in God and time with his family is what he holds closest to his heart. In his spare time you can find Karl volunteering for church organizations, stamp collecting and working on garden railroads.
