As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Orr Builders, Gwyn Stadther has committed herself and her talents full-heartedly to the company’s success and growth. Since beginning her position in September of 1997, Gwyn has overseen and developed the company’s financial assets and managed their accounting.

Career History
After graduating with a Bachelors Degree from the University of Delaware, Gwyn continued her education and obtained an Accounting Certificate from College of the Desert and a Leadership Certificate from Rapport International. In accounting, Gwyn has ensured to maintain her knowledge in the accounting industry through attending various Controller and Accounting courses and seminars.

Upon entering the accounting industry, Gwyn worked in a CPA office for 2 ½ years and then went on to be the owner of Bookkeeping Unlimited. Throughout her career, Gwyn found a special interest in Construction Accounting and with 15 years under her belt, she joined the Orr Builders team. She is skilled and well qualified in Public Works, Private and Non-Profit accounting. Now at Orr Builders, Gwyn can’t envision herself anywhere else. She has been a great asset to the company, enjoying what she does and always striving to do it well.

Personal Life
Gwyn has been married to her husband for 23 exciting years. Together they enjoy spending time with their three sons and one granddaughter. Gwyn’s personal philosophy is “Life is short so take every opportunity to experience new things and places… enjoy the journey!” You can find her embracing this philosophy in her free time camping, swimming, reading, studying the Bible and traveling. Gwyn is currently the Treasurer for the local chapter of National Association of Women in Construction.
