With currently over 38 years of experience in the building and development industry, David Narz stands out as a man of knowledge and competency. As a Project Manager for Orr Builders since 2008, David has excelled in the area of management and overseeing his team complete a project from start to finish.

Career History
David holds a license as a General and Concrete Contractor in California and Nevada, a California Real Estate Broker, as well as a 1st Class FCC Radio/Telephone Engineer. Upon entering the industry, David began and completed the Carpenters Apprentice Program. The history, however, that genuinely sets David apart from many others in is field in his impressive amount of field experience. Before joining Orr Builders in 2008, David worked as a concrete form setter and finisher in Huntington Beach, Ca. From there he went on to join the Carpenters Union and in just four years become one of the four owners of Pacifica Construction Company, Inc. His previous completed projects include Marina Pacifica Bank, Le Clos Restaurant, and preparation for the Long Beach Grand Prix.

As a part of the Orr Builder team, David has been a Project Manager on numerous jobs including: Windermere Real Estate office building in Rancho Mirage; and Tamarisk Country Club in Rancho Mirage. He also manages our Public Works projects such as The Boys & Girls Club, Riverside County Fueling Facility-Carwash and their communications building in Blythe and College of the Desert projects. He has shown himself to be a great asset to the team and Orr Builders looks forward to his future accomplishments

Personal Life
David lives off of the personal philosophy: “He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose”. He has been married for the past 26 years to his wife Debbie and together they enjoy three sons, Dylan, Dustin and Derek. In his free time, David enjoys playing music on his guitar and studying apologetics. He serves as chair of the United Cerebral Palsy of the Inland Empire as well as on the Board of his Homeowners Association.
