DAVID LOTICH

David Lotich joined the Orr Builders Team in January of 2018 bringing his wealth of experience as an Estimator, and Project Engineer and soon after he excelled into being one of ORR Builders Project Managers. He graduated from Arizona State University, where he received a BA degree in Architecture in 1982. David was raised in southern California and moved to NY State in 1987 for a change of pace and scenery then eventually moved back to California.

Career History
David has worked in the construction industry for the past 40 years, working for residential/Commercial to Multi-Million dollar Multi-Family Podium jobs throughout southern California. Prior to David moving back to California he lived in New York State and worked at as an Estimator/ Project Engineer for 15 years in the Pulp and Paper Industry and traveled throughout the US and Canada working on multi-Billion dollar EPC projects in the paper industry.

Personal Life
David resides in the Banning/Beaumont area and as a strong passion for the outdoors including playing golf, hiking, camping, shooting, exploring and taking his Jeep out on the trails where he can find them. He believes family is important and spends a lot of time with them. He also owned/raised and trained Harness Horses in New York State and had them race all over the east coast and Illinois tracks. A passion he still wishes he could pursue now that his two children are grown and off on their own. David couldn't be more proud of how his kids developed into the Adults they are.
