Orr Builders has successfully started & completed several projects for Atria Senior Living Group including Atria Hacienda "Monterey" Life Guidance, the "F" suite addition and re-model of the common area corridors, Phase I, II and III up graded Administration, Bistro, Main Dining room, outside dining and courtyard renovations, Theatre, Hair salon, exercise rooms and many other interior and exterior improvements to their property.

Just recently in March of 2011 Orr Builders started the renovation and remodel of the other Atria property in Palm Desert on San Pascual which was just completed the end of September 2011. This project consisted of the common area corridors, the main lobby, administrative offices, laundry, dining patio courtyard and the main dining areas along with a new salad bar.
