Fiat of Palm Springs was a complete interior remodel to facilitate transition from a Chrysler show room to a Fiat show room which included all the customer service areas. The work consisted of hard and soft demolition, electrical, minor plumbing and HVAC, framing, drywall and new acoustical ceilings through out. Other project requirements included complete interior finishes including MP&E fixtures, floor and wall tile, carpet, millwork and complete support for the owner / Fiat FF&E vendors.

Orr Builders started the project on June 16, 2011 with the understanding it was a 40 day schedule. On June 20, 2011 the schedule was accelerated with a requirement to be ready for owner FF&E vendors arriving in eight days, on June 27, 2011 and to be completed by July 5, 2011 which was another eight days period. ORR again found themselves in familiar territory, schedule cut in half and essentially working around the clock, weekends and holidays to complete the project.

Orr Builders was successful in completing the project, on-time including the revised and accelerated schedule, securing the C of O and thus enabling our client to display and begin selling new Fiats.
